In some cases, users have experienced import troubles the first time installing Arpedio tools when trying to publish the first template.
The error:
In the Arpedio template builder, the user should be able to select an Account or opportunity which yields a new Arpedio template builder screen where you can create blank templates or import a default template. However, in some cases the selection of Account or Opportunity does not do anything and the user is stuck in the same screen. This is a result of a certification error that happens in some cases which blocks the request for Arpedio templates to an external Arpedio server.
The solution:
Unfortunately, there is nothing the user can do independently of Arpedio Support to solve this issue. Please contact Arpedio Support ASAP to get assistance in solving this issue.
