How to manage licenses

Before we get started, choose what Salesforce view is your preferable tool.

-Classic view

-Lightning view

Classic view

From the home page of your personal Salesforce.com go to Setup in the top right corner. 

Search for Installed packages. 

Click on the Manage Licenses link located next to ARPEDIO Sales to add or delete user access.

This is an important step which ensures proper access for the Salesforce users who need to use ARPEDIO Sales.

In the app’s settings screen, select either Add Users or Remove Multiple users from the Licensed Users. 

To add the new users, select the users and press Add Users.

To remove licensed users simply click Remove.

The added users will be shown in the Licensed Users section.

Lightning view

From the home page of your personal Salesforce.com go to Setup in the top right corner.

Either by searching or by finding it in the left menu under Apps go to installed packages.

Click on the Manage Licenses link located next to ARPEDIO Sales to add user access.

This is an important step which ensures proper access for the Salesforce users who need to use ARPEDIO Sales.

Under Manage Licenses you can add users by clicking Add Users. Then select all relevant users and click Add

To remove assigned licenses simply click on Remove under the Manage licenses section.
