About relationships

The stakeholder matrix is all about people, however the interesting part is the relationships between the your stakeholders and the members of your team; the better relations, the better you are able to understand their situation, and know how to use your insights to challenge their assumptions.

  • You update your current state of relationships directly in the matrix, for every relevant combination of stakeholder and team member. Having a number of stakeholders with a particular relationship, e.g. "Good", to a number of team members will increase the score of the stakeholder matrix.

  • You can choose from a set of relationships, defined by your system administrator. Your system administrator also defines the rules for calculating the score dependent on the number and character of these relationships.

In below example the relationships are either Good, Building, Must avoid or Not assessed (default).
