The stakeholder matrix is all about people, however the interesting part is the relationships between the your stakeholders and the members of your team; the better relations, the better you are able to understand their situation, and know how to use your insights to challenge their assumptions.
- You update your current state of relationships directly in the matrix, for every relevant combination of stakeholder and team member. Having a number of stakeholders with a particular relationship, e.g. "Good", to a number of team members will increase the score of the stakeholder matrix.
- You can choose from a set of relationships, defined by your system administrator. Your system administrator also defines the rules for calculating the score dependent on the number and character of these relationships.
