How to add or edit stakeholder details

 

  1. To add a new attribute, click “Add new attribute”. To edit an existing attribute, click on the blue pencil. 

  2. Type in the name of your attribute. One of the attributes must be set to “Main attribute”, which is used as the default grouping of stakeholders in the matrix.



  3. You can set an attribute to be Required, meaning the user must select an option for the attribute when entering new stakeholders.
  4. Add options for the attribute by clicking Add new option.

  5. Define the color of the option.

  6. One of the options must be the default option.
